Account
We would love to have a permanent relationship with you. You get access to current available coupon codes, notification on upcoming sales, and all your ordered intros are stored by us for 90 days. They are available at your account dashboard.
You can change your details like your username, email and password on your account dashboard. To delete your account, you will need to contact us, though we would be really sad to lose you.
All emails from us are usually sent in under a minute. If you still haven’t received it in a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If found, move the emails to your inbox and also add us as a contact, so any important future communication is not missed.
Service
First, you select your intros from our huge library. For each intro, you can enter the title, subtitle and any other requirements. You can also add comments at checkout. We manually work to create each of your intros based on your requirements and make it as cool as possible. On completion, your intros are sent as .mp4 files to your email and to your account dashboard.
Never! We do not put any kind of branding, watermark, symbol or logo on the intros that will be delivered to you.
Each intro is unique. Some intros don’t have enough space to add more longer titles, some have a particular effect that won’t work with a long title and some will look too crowded and ugly. We try to create the most beautiful intro possible for you. If you have a title or subtitle that is longer than the limits we have, please contact us and we will try to see if we can accommodate it.
We work hard to create the best intro possible for you. You can find a ‘Samples’ tab on most intro pages to see samples of our past work. If you are still unsure, you can contact us to create a free sample screenshot of an intro with your title and subtitle.
Orders
Once the order is complete, you will get an order completion email, and all your intros will be available at the Downloads section on your account dashboard. For guests, there will be a link to download the intros in the order completion email, which will be valid for 7 days.
We strive to send you your order as fast as we can. Most videos are delivered in 24-48 hours. If you have a bulk order, it may take additional time to complete all the videos in the order. You can also choose Priority Delivery at checkout if you need your order urgently.
You can enter your title, subtitle and other requirements on the individual intro pages. You can mention all your requirements at checkout as well. You can also contact us with the requirements after you order.
For some custom intros, images and videos are required to create the video. You can upload your files to Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer and mention the link in the requirements at checkout. Alternatively, you can also email us the link after you order.
Yes, you can! We have discount coupons available for bulk orders. You can use ‘BULK10’ for a 10% discount on every intro in your cart if your order value is above $50. You can use ‘SWEET25’ for a flat $25 discount on your order if your order value is above $100. If you need a large quantity of multiple intros, please contact us for a custom package.

Payment
We use Stripe as our payment processor which supports Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, Cash App Pay, Bank debits (e.g. ACH, SEPA) etc. We do not support PayPal or Venmo, please reach out if you need any other payment methods.

Absolutely. We value your privacy and security. All payments are processed by industry leaders PayPal and Stripe on their own websites. We do not store or require any of your information except your email which is used to deliver your order.
